Three programmes, one approach
Each Estrelva programme addresses a different category of documents. The format stays consistent: a facilitator, a set of official texts, and a small group reading together. Educational throughout, with no advice offered.
Back to HomeHow every Estrelva session is structured
Document selection
Sessions begin with publicly available official documents selected for the cohort's reading level and interest. The group reads from the same source throughout.
Facilitated reading
The facilitator works through the document section by section. Vocabulary is addressed in context. No prior knowledge is assumed; no terminology is skipped.
Open discussion
Each section closes with an open discussion window. Participants raise questions about language, structure, and what sections mean — within the educational scope of the programme.
Scope note: Estrelva facilitators do not offer financial advice, make product recommendations, or respond to questions about individual circumstances beyond what is visible in the document being read. Questions that fall outside the educational scope are noted and participants are directed to appropriate resources.
Singapore Retirement Schemes Reading Group
A four-week reading group for working adults who want a clear, plain-language overview of Singapore's national retirement and savings landscape. The group works through publicly available scheme documentation on CPF Life payout structures, the Retirement Account formation, the SRS contribution framework, and the public-sector annuity options.
Sessions meet weekly in a small cohort of fourteen. The facilitator works through official documentation section by section. Participants leave with a printed reference binder, a vocabulary card, and the ability to read official scheme updates with more confidence.
